We create plans that are not only theoretical, but also practical and down-to-earth. He was also heavily involved in potential M&amp;A and Special Consumption Tax (SCT) projects.\u00a0Ceki also led Marketing Services being responsible for consumer research and market analysis and became the bridge between Marketing and Sales functions on field\u00a0support area. During this period, he also contributed in several in-house company-wide change management projects.<\/p>\n<p>From 2007 till 2010, he managed Strategic Planning and Analysis Department where he took care of South East Europe\u00a0cluster companies. He led several efficiency projects in these factories and created models analyzing factory capacity, investment opportunities and risks.<\/p>\n<p>In 2011, he joined Polimer Kaucuk \u2013 Sel Hoses as CFO. He led the due diligence process of this company until\u00a0the M&amp;A took place in 2012. After Eaton Co. took over Polimer Kaucuk, he continued leading the finance\u00a0and managed many integration processes. He also made the company SOX-compliant and implemented many systems including finance module of ERP.<\/p>\n<p>Ceki, who also provides training on Strategy and Competition, extensively works on company performance improvements. His expertise areas include reorganization, costing, budgeting, finance, investment analysis, institutionalization, valuation and due diligence, post-M&amp;A integration process management, competition analysis and sales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-670 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/inpotus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Ayhan-Akay-photo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"190\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1993-1994 Started his career in TYT Bank International &amp; Corporate Investment Division managing the Bank&#8217;s correspondent relationships in all European countries and Russia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1995- 2006 Continued in Ko\u00e7 T\u00fcketici Finansman\u0131 ve Kart Hizmetleri A.\u015e. -member of Koc Group- starting in the Marketing Division and after 5 years of active marketing, continued in the same group with the Credit Services Division as Risk Management and Assessment Technology Project Manager. He finalized the long term project of rebuilding Loan Processing System by enhancing the loan procedures of the consumer finance company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2007- Joined Garanti Bank Retail Loans Division as Risk Analysis Manager, member of Dogus Group, as project leader in the project of redesigning Consumer Loan Processing Workflow and System of the Bank. While re-modeling the workflows and processes of consumer credits through renewals of decision trees, he was additionally managing the Consumer Credit Politics team. During his post in Garanti he then became Manager of the Credit Analytics team prior the set-up of the division.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2013 \u2013 Joined TURKCELL Treasury &amp; Risk Management team as lead consultant, responsible for the re-organization of the Risk Division, implemented systems, score cards and also strategies for limit and collection management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2014 onwards, he continues his consultancy career under allriskpartners. Ayhan helps organizations to solve and support issues such as strategy, structure, risk management, collections and operations, create value through analytical marketing, improve the business performance of clients. He recommends cost effective solutions by assessing strengths and weaknesses and recommending.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">H. Ayhan Akay has a master degree in International Business Administration.
